What does Full Setup actually look like?
It's a 1-hour onboarding call followed by a full configuration — we install Mogul X OS on your self-hosted WordPress site, set up your selected apps, and seed them with your real business data. Services, referral partners, onboarding steps, playbook rules — all configured to how you actually operate. When it's done, it's ready to use.
Do I need a specific WordPress setup?
You need a self-hosted WordPress site — not WordPress.com. Any modern install on reputable hosting works. If you're starting fresh, we can help you get set up as part of onboarding. It's easier than it sounds.
Is the lifetime license actually lifetime?
Yes — one payment, yours forever. No annual renewal required to keep access. The Priority Support year is included in your founding tier; after year 1 you can renew support at $79/mo if you want to continue priority access. But your license? That's permanent.
Can I upgrade from Starter 5 to Founding 5 later?
Yes — and we'll credit every dollar you paid. So if you start at Starter 5 ($1,777) and decide you want the full ecosystem, you'd pay the difference. Founding pricing applies as long as spots remain. Once all 10 are filled, upgrades move to standard pricing.
